SAN MATEO-HAYWARD BRIDGE

Construction began in 1999 to widen the low-rise trestle section and eastern approach of the San Matio-Hayward Bridge from four lanes to six lanes, with full shoulders, in order to match the existing lane configuration of the western approach and high-rise section.  The widening was completed in February 2003.

The project required schedule management services. CTN was required to analyze, develope and manage contract change orders, analyze construction claims, and assist the resident engineer in managing the contractor submittled CPM Schedule.
