SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD DEPOT

Repair and Rehabilitation Design, and Historic Preservation and Restoration.  The Depot buildings was designed and built in 1925.  The project was designed to assess the existing conditions and provide recommended repairs to restore and extend the life of this National Register Historic Structure.

The Building is approximately 54,000 sq.ft.  CTN made cost estimate for repairing exterior wall finishes, including glaze spalls, bisque spalls, corrosion of embedded steel, cracks, frieze, brackets, keystone, dedallions, rope moldings, mini arches, pedestal, brick, mortar, terra cotta, steel lintels, concrete, doors and interior finishes. Structural repair cost estimates were also evaluated such as seismic retrofit, and base isolation seismic retrofit.  The project costs were $15,534,000.
